Open 【HeSoft Doc Batch Tool】, select 【File Name】 - 【Insert Text in File Name】.
【Add Files】 Independently add files that need a text prefix.
【Import Files from Folder】 Import all files from the selected folder.
Below, you can view the imported files.
【Position】 To insert at the beginning, enter 0. If you have other needs, you can refer to the help instructions below.
【Text to Insert】 Enter or paste the text you want to use as a prefix here.
【0】 indicates adding text at the beginning of the file name.
【1】 indicates adding text to the right of the first letter, Chinese character, number, or symbol.
【2】 indicates the second one, and so on.
【2:5】 indicates adding text to the right of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th characters.
【3,9】 indicates inserting text to the right of the 3rd and 9th characters.
